Jacqui Epps has been a contractor on the Abercrombie & Fitch design team for over a year, and has brought a strong digital background to the table. She is proactive in her approach to solving problems and is a great collaborator working well within a team environment. Her experience means that you get a leader and mentor upon arrival, someone who is accountable for their work, and has a high standard for herself. Jacqui’s broad skillsets have made a positive impact at A&F. She was a key contributor for the launch of our Fierce campaign in 2019 which not only had a positive impact on the business, but also had a huge positive halo effect to the brand itself attracting new customers. As needs came up, she was able to transition to other roles within the design team. She stabilized our in-season digital team focusing on Abercrombie’s homepage branded content and promotional marketing in which she has been able to translate and evolve the brand through high caliber design solutions on a consistent basis. Her daily involvement meant she was also able to create improvements within the site process, helping with templating and training and quickly became the go-to for home page design and process.

 I recommend Jacqui for a multitude of design/creative opportunities. Her digital experience is where she has best been utilized within my team at Abercrombie, but I know she can tackle other challenges as well. She is adaptable, resilient and someone you can count on for quality work. She has demonstrated through consistency that she can hit deadlines, prioritize her work and is very self-sufficient. Simply put, Jacqui is amazing, and leaves A&F in a better position because of all the hard work and dedication she puts into her craft.
